Electrocam is an electromechanical actuator allowing the release of a sheet or a rope by an electric command.
It is an element used in the UpSideUp solutions for the functions requiring the release of the sails. It can be also used by other systems of command.
It is generally installed behind a winch which will support the sheet load.
The Electrocam is built as a standard from an Harken Cam-Matic Offshore 280 cleat, from which it inherits the mechanical characteristics.
